Enter Sandman es la cancion de la banda Estadounidense de Trash Metal, Metallica, ademas de ser el sencillo principal y la cancion que abre el quinto album de la Banda titulado "Metallica" o mejor conocido como el "Black Disc".

El Tema de Metallica Enter Sandman fue el primer sencillo del disco que vendio mas de 15 millones de copias en todo el mundo y llego a incrementar la popularidad del grupo. "Enter Sandman" junto con el Black disc llego a alcanzar la categoria de disco de oro en Estados Unidos al vender solo en ese pais mas de 500.000 copias.

Enter Sandman es el segundo video de la carrera del grupo. fue grabado el 3 de julio de 1991 en los angeles y se estreno el 30 de julio del mismo año, dos semanas antes del lanzamiento del disco. En el video se entremezclan imagenes de un niño teniendo pesadillas y un anciano.

El video gano el premio de los Mtv como "Mejor Video de Rock" del año de 1992. y fue nominado a los premios como "Mejor Fotografia" y "Mejor montaje" de ese mismo año.
